EMINENCE
Eminence is a residence designed for an individual building a home of his own, shaped around a life lived independently. The design seeks to create warmth and companionship within the home, responding to the irregular geometry of the apartment through rounded corners and softened edges. These curves temper the angularity of the existing plan, creating spaces that feel gentle and welcoming.
The verandah extends the residence outward, creating a gradual transition between the interior and exterior. Its presence brings the outside into everyday life, encouraging interaction between the insides and outside. Perforated panels along its edge provide privacy while allowing light, air, and filtered views to enter the residence, balancing openness with seclusion.
Interiors
The material palette introduces femininity through pastel tones, tactile finishes, and delicate accents. Mirrors within the common spaces enhance the visual quality of the interiors, while subtle textures and restrained detailing create a calm and inviting atmosphere.
